  1. D. v D. (Milford Superior Court). Successfully represented former Wife in securing past due alimony and the division of her former Husband’s retirement account which had never been divided following their divorce.
  2. M. v M. (Stamford Superior Court). Successfully represented former Wife in defeating her Husband’s efforts to secure custody of their minor children. Matter settled out of court.
  3. S. v S. (Stamford Superior Court). Successfully represented Husband in a contested divorce case in defeating Wife’s efforts to both impute additional income to the Husband from his solely owned business and to secure a judicial finding that the Husband was “at fault” in the breakdown of the marriage.
